# Pebble 0.2.5: release notes for the website

Pebble is the desktop app for your Hermes bots.

**What's in this release**
- Survives bad connections: a quiet "Reconnecting…", automatic reconnect, missed replies caught up, and a message sent while offline is held and sent once.
- Attach files, folders, images and links with the "+" menu, including images and files in one message.
- Clearer chat text and Markdown, a usage meter, and the Hermes version in Settings › Updates.
- Coming from an earlier preview of the app? Your settings and sign-in carry over, and Pebble tells you once that you can delete the old copy.

**Known limits**
- Setup for a new Hermes uses the current onboarding; a guided new onboarding comes in the next release.
- Linux: .deb packages for the Ubuntu/Debian family only. No AppImage in this release.
- No macOS Intel or Windows build in this release.
